If you find that you can’t relax because you are constantly worrying about lots of little things – make a plan to book out some daily ‘worry time’!  If you set aside 10 – 15 minutes daily and then focus specifically on whatever is concerning you, it will free up your brain and allow you to use it more productively.
It also helps to write down your worries and make a note of any action that you can take in the next day to resolve them.  Then take a deep breath, and let your stress go.
