Before working with your company we like to get to know the company needs and corporate culture so that we can forward the “perfect” applicants

When taking down a job specification, we take as much information as possible pertaining to qualifications and experience required, as well as the type of personality that will fit into your company.

We will immediately institute a file search to see if we do have suitable applicants on our books. If we do not have suitable applicants we will confidentially advertise on your behalf.

We screen and interview prospective candidates thoroughly and professionally. All applicants are tested, where applicable, and reference checked before being forwarded to your company.

When referring applicants to you we prefer to discuss the details before sending a CV so that no time is wasted. We do not believe in sending arbitrary CV’s. You will only receive our top 2 or 3 candidates.

After the interview we follow up to ensure that all is running smoothly and to answer any further questions you may have regarding the appointment.

If we are successful in finding you the right candidate, we will confirm all details prior to the start date and will confirm that the applicant starts with you on the day planned.

We guarantee all our placements and do constant follow ups to ensure that any problems are handled quickly.
